"You will have to write a 15-20 page essay double space APA format discussing one of the following topics" These would be the words that would have my anxiety levels rising. When I am feeling frustrated or overwhelmed (because hey I am human I still experience these emotions from time to time) I know who in my circle I can trust for the right words of encouragement to turn my mood around. Life is a journey all though we may have to walk alone at times it doesn’t mean we have to travel solo.
