This 60-minute workshop gives you the right resources to navigate the Ontario education system.

gives students the tools they need to feel supported and empowered when they enter university/college for the first time. Whether they need career mentorship or academic guidance, this 60-minute workshop is for students with learning disabilities to achieve their goals.

The North Start Program 

Supporting your child with a learning disability doesn’t have to be something you do alone. The North Start Program” consists of six one-on-one sessions designed to work closely with me so that your child has a customized learning plan that actually works.

In this program, I conduct an assessment of your child’s school information and experience to understand what they need. Then, I create a learning map that addresses those needs and provides helpful resources for you. Finally, we work together to practice and implement effective learning strategies.

The program includes:

∙ Sessions that work for your schedule

∙ Simple learning strategies to use everyday

You get answers to questions such as:

∙ What is inclusive education and how does it work?

∙ What are some best practices for learning and studying?
